Research Study Looking at ICU nurses Working MGH during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
If you or if you know someone who worked at the MGH in the ICU during the COVID 19 Pandemic there is a great study that is underway. Please consider sharing your experience so that the voice of the nurse can be heard.

Dear colleague
I trust you are well.
Thank you for volunteering to be a participant in my study. I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and this research is part of a requirement for my Nursing Ph.D. degree. I am exploring moral injury in ICU nurses taking care of COVID-19 patients during the pandemic. I hope to interview you and hear about your experiences providing nursing care in the ICU during the pandemic. The study has been approved by the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Institutional Review Board (IRB) for Studies Involving Human Subjects.
What you need to know:
1. Participate in a one-to-one interview
2. Your participation is voluntary
3. The interview will last 60 minutes.
4. The interview will be on Zoom.
5. A face-to-face interview can be arranged if you prefer.
6. The interview will be audio/video recorded with your permission.
7. Your name will not be linked to your responses.
8. There is no cost to you for participating in the study.
9. Attached is a demographic sheet to fill out and return to me via email and an information sheet to inform you of the study.
