Hello, we are conducting a study to see if establishing a specific sleep schedule for workers after they have had a night shift will improve sleep, alertness, and performance on further night shifts. We are looking for night shift workers who fit the criteria below to participate in a 2-week remote research study.
Shiftwork Research Study!
We are seeking healthcare workers who:
Are 50-65years old
Work regular 8-hour overnight shifts
You may be eligible to participate in a 2-week research study to help us understand how the timing and duration of sleep impacts performance, well-being, and mood. You will wear a wrist activity monitor, complete daily questionnaires, and sleep at specific times. No visits to our research lab will be required, all study procedures will be carried out remotely.
Payment is up to $500.
