Hello, we are conducting a study to see if establishing a specific sleep schedule for workers after they have had a night shift will improve sleep, alertness, and performance on further night shifts. We are looking for night shift workers who fit the criteria below to participate in a 2-week remote research study.

Shiftwork Research Study!

We are seeking healthcare workers who:

  • Are 50-65years old

No visits to our research lab will be required, all study procedures will be carried out remotely.
